
BROWNSVILLE, Texas (Jan. 12, 2011) - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' oversaw the construction of the 604-feet segment of fence in Hope Park, Brownsville. The USACE provided real estate, engineering and construction services in support of the Department of Homeland Security's Border Fence Project.
