PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The applicant proposes to temporarily discharge cubic yards of fill material into 3.56 acres of wetlands and to permanently discharge acres of fill material into 17.125 acres of wetlands, during the roadway improvements associated with the reconstruction and widening of IH 45.  The total discharge for all impacts is cumulatively 27,624 cubic yards of fill material described in Table 1, in 3 sheets.
