EBS (Electronic Bid Set) pages being shut down, New Solicitation Package Access Procedures

    New procedures being implemented for U.S. Army Corps of Engineer solicitations will require that all potential offerors, plan rooms and printing companies register in CCR and FedTeDS in order to view or download solicitations from the web site. Solicitation will be listed on FedBizOpps with links to the solicitation documents and other technical data on FedTeDS.

     This District's EBS Advertised Solicitations, as well as associated Archived Solicitations, Abstracts & Contract Information, will be shut down not later than February 15, 2006.
