Office of Counsel

As part of the United States Army Corps of Engineers Legal Services System, this office is responsible for providing a broad range of legal services to the District Commander and staff in the execution of various missions. The Office of Counsel utilizes preventative law techniques to facilitate the smooth and effective execution of the District's engineering mission and regulatory permit program. The Galveston District's Office of Counsel is a full service legal office that provides engineering focused legal solutions to Team Galveston which is part of the world's largest public engineering, design, and construction management agency.
