Box 1229, Galveston, Texas 77553-1229 or by electronic mail to our Public Notice Comment Email. Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

Full Public Notice          Project Plans

Project Description:  The project site is located in the Gulf of Mexico.  The 24.59 mile, 12-inch diameter pipeline crosses into the Aransas Pass and Galveston Fairways, beginning at Galveston Area (GA) Block 255 and continues in an easterly direction into to High Island (HI) Block 206, Offshore, Texas.  The project can be located on the U.S.G.S. quadrangle map titled:  THE JETTIES, Texas.
