Public Notice          Project Plans

The applicant proposes to dredge approximately 4,278 cubic yards (0.83-acre) from English Bayou and dispose of the dredge material in an upland placement area.  Additionally, the applicant is proposing to discharge fill material below the high tide line of English Bayou for the purpose of increasing the capacity of an existing stormwater sewer system.  The fill material consists of rip rap (474 cubic yards (0.11-acre)) and a concrete scour pad (273 cubic yards (0.08-acre)).
