The applicant proposes to modify Department of the Army Permit SWG-2000-02956 to mechanically and/or hydraulically dredge approximately 461,000 cubic yards of material from a 27.8-acre area of the Neches River at the Enterprise Beaumont Marine West (BMW) Ship Docks 1 and 2, North Dock, and South Dock to a maximum depth of -54 feet mean lower low water.
