Full Public Notice    Project Plans & Mitigation Plans 

The applicant proposes to expand an existing multi-use facility.  The proposed project consists of removing 200 linear feet of existing concrete sheet pile bulkhead and relocating to the proposed new north section.  In addition, 400 linear feet of concrete sheet pile will be added on both the east and west side of the proposed dock expansion using a crane/barge unit.  The area behind the sheet pile wall, 80,000 square feet, will be backfilled with clean sand/fill material after sheet pile wall has been installed from landside using crane/clam bucket.  Existing elevation of bay bottom in area to be filled is -10 mean sea level (MSL) to -12 MSL.  Volume of backfill material below elevation -2.0 is 36,000 cubic yards.  The project plans are attached in 12 sheets.
