Bobber the Water Safety Dog made a surprise visit to the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Galveston District (SWG) during the district's quarterly awards ceremony Dec. 14. 2023. Bobber and Santa Claus stopped by to remind everyone to wear their life jackets and stay safe on and around the water this holiday season.
