Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

Public Notice          Project Plans

The applicant has submitted updated information to supplement the Public Notice for this project issued on January 16, 2024.  In addition to the desalination facility, the applicant proposes to install a 3.1-mile-long pipeline connection from the facility located on the Port of Corpus Christi’s Inner Harbor to the existing Navigation Boulevard Pump Station located at 266 Navigation Boulevard in Corpus Christi, Texas.
