Public Notice       Project Plans

The applicant proposes an extension of time for Permit SWG-2012-00963 and an amendment to the permit’s special condition 4 to extend the allowable construction time-period an additional 60 days to complete the building of a wooden, elevated pier, extending from Clayton's Beach Bar and Grill's deck into the Gulf of America. Currently, construction activities are not to occur during the nesting sea turtle season from March 15 to October 1.
