Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

Public Notice          Project Plans

EMERGENCY PERMIT UNDER ENERGY EO 14156: The applicant proposes to construct a 42-inch natural gas pipeline system to provide feed gas to the Port Arthur LNG (PALNG) terminal facility.  Access roads, support facilities, staging areas, and temporary workspaces are also proposed. The pipeline route will cross under the GIWW, Taylor Bayou, Big Hill Bayou, the SNWW, and Hillebrandt Bayou.
