Full Public Notice    Project Plans

The applicant proposes to hydraulically dredge approximately 50,000 cubic yards of material and discharge into an existing onsite leveed disposal area to construct a slip with mooring structures for a fuel barge.  This project would be an expansion of an existing barge facility.  Existing structures at the facility were authorized by Department of the Army Permit 08594 as amended.  No fill is proposed to be discharged into any special aquatic sites for this project.
