Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

FAA's Draft EIS

SpaceX proposes to construct and operate private facilities to conduct launches of the Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy orbital vertical launch vehicles and a variety of reusable suborbital launch vehicles on privately owned property in Cameron County, Texas. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has completed a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the SpaceX Launch Site. The Corps, Galveston District, is a cooperating agency on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS). A Department of the Army Permit is required for the applicant to construct the launch facilities.
