Full Public Notice    Project Plans

The applicant proposes to dredge, construct a bulkhead, and create two additional slips.  The proposed project involves the maintenance dredging of the area adjacent to the shoreline of the existing Sabine Base, LLC facility and dredging two additional 110-foot by 374-foot slips.  The two additional slips would be dredged to a depth of -20 feet Mean Sea Level (MSL).  A bulkhead will be constructed around the perimeter of each slip and replace the existing deteriorated metal sheet pile bulkhead.  No fill will be discharged to construct the bulkhead.  In addition, the applicant is requesting a time extension for maintenance dredging for the entire project area.
