Full Public Notice Project Plans

This is an After-the-Fact permit application. The applicant proposes to retain an existing structure, construct a breakwater, and dredge an existing boat ramp. The existing structure consists of a 4-foot by 515-foot walkway, a 3-foot by 170-foot walkway, and a 10-foot by 30-foot T-head pier. The applicant is proposing to construct riprap breakwater sections around the boat ramp: 10-foot by 38-foot, 10-foot by 70-foot, and 10-foot by 35-foot. The breakwater sections will impact 0.03 acre of open water. Approximately 5,000 cubic yards of material is proposed to be mechanically dredged from a 30-foot by 70-foot area next to the boat ramp.
