Full Public Notice          Project Plans

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The applicant proposes to temporarily discharge 18.539 cubic yards of material into 2.8 acres (1.442 acres of palustrine emergent wetland, 1.181 acres of palustrine scrub-shrub, and 0.177 acres of palustrine unconsolidated bottom) of jurisdictional waters of the United States during the construction of a meter station.  This meter station would be raised 10 feet above the ground to maintain a safe elevation from the floodplain.  Fill material would be comprised of 17,900 cubic yards of native material, 1,070 cubic yards of limestone, and 10 cubic yards of concrete.  The purpose of the meter station is to support and service the Nederland spur pipeline.
