Full Public Notice    Project Plans

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The applicant proposes the following components:

             Approximately 333.33 cubic yards of material will be dredged from a 50-foot-wide by 30-foot-long area, to create the basin for the boathouses.  The dredged material will be placed into an upland 140-foot by 95-foot dredge material placement area onsite.

             Construct a 50-foot-wide by 38-foot-long triple boathouse including associated walkways.  The roof measures approximately 35-foot-wide by 38-foot- long, and covers two of the boathouses.

             Construct a 12-foot-wide by 8-foot-long L-head pier.

             Construct an 8-foot-wide by 28-foot-long walkway.

             Construct an 8-foot-wide by 4-foot-long fish cleaning station.

             Two concrete walkways, measuring 4-foot-wide by 30-foot-long will be installed in the uplands on either side of the proposed boathouse.

             Approximately 205 linear feet of bulkhead will be installed around the proposed structures.

             A 15-foot by 25-foot boat ramp will be installed.
