Full Public Notice Project Plans

The applicant proposes to discharge fill material into 5.26 acres of jurisdictional waters and wetlands to expand its existing natural gas liquids (NGL) fractionation and storage facility. The expansion would include the construction of a new fractionation train, two underground storage caverns, a propane-propylene splitter, an electric substation, and associated appurtenant facilities.
