GALVESTON, Texas (Aug. 13, 2019) -As is tradition, the District Commander, Col. Timothy Vail, pins the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Badge on Ranger Foote’s uniform signifying the trust and confidence placed in Ranger Foote to exercise his citation authority judiciously and protect the interests of both the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the United States Government by safeguarding the environmental, cultural, and natural resources of Federal lands.
