Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

Full Public Notice    Project Plans

The applicant proposes to install two pile supported, 48-inch pipes with attached 48-inch horizontal Johnson screens, three deflection pilings, and four warning buoys.  There will be no discharge of fill material.  During normal water levels, there will be 14 feet of water above the structure and 4 feet during periods of low flow.
