The flight took 20 district team members from the Jadwin Building, down the Texas coast to the Brazos River Floodgates, north to Addicks and Barker reservoirs, to the Conroe Army Reserve Center, the Wallisville Lake Project Office, and down the Houston Shipping Channel back to HQ.
