USACE Galveston District holds semi-annual Stakeholder Partnering Forum

Contractors conducting business with USACE must comply with regulations to include Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 204.7303(b), maintaining a current NIST Special Publication (SP) 800-171 Dept. of Defense Assessment, in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment, Supplier Performance Risk System, prior to being awarded a contract. More than 300 stakeholders, including many small business owners, attended the first day of the two-day forum.
