Full Public Notice          Project Plans

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The applicant proposes to modify the existing permit by placing permanent fill material into 0.49-acre of wetlands during the construction of an outfall structure.  The applicant also proposes to temporarily place fill material into 0.12-acres of wetlands during the construction of a temporary bypass road.  See Attachment A, page 1 for detailed information regarding types of material being discharged. The applicant’s stated project purpose is that the project is necessary to convey storm water from Stage 3 for the Sabine Pass Liquefaction Facility.
