Full Public Notice          Project Plans

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The applicant proposes to modify Permit 18784(02) to expand a barge fleeting facility.  Jurisdictional activities include hydraulically or mechanically dredging approximately 550,000 cubic yards of dredged material, from a 28.5-acre area; installation of 9 monopiles; and installation of up to 70 dead men mooring structures.  Dredge material is proposed to be placed into the Adloy Dredge Material Placement Area (DMPA), a private DMPA, located north of the project site, or into other Federal and/or POHA DMPAs, as noted in the project plans.
