Full Public Notice          Project Plans

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The applicant proposes to discharge 186,274 cubic yards of fill material into 5.10 acres of jurisdictional waters of the United States (U.S.), during excavation and fill activities associated with creating detention basins. 

 The proposed project activities are associated with the widening of the Sam Houston Tollway (East) from IH-45 South to SH-225.  Such activities include the construction of detention basins occurring within the boundaries of eight separate subject properties, totaling 30.76 combined acres in size.  Refer to the table 1 below for more information.
