Full Public Notice          Proposed Plans

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The applicant proposes to permanently impact approximately 9.493 acres of waters of the United States, including wetlands, to facilitate the widening of SH 36.  The applicant proposes to expand SH 36 from a two-lane roadway to a four-lane roadway with a grassy center median in rural sections and a continuous center left-turn lane in urban areas.  To reduce impacts the applicant is proposing to use bridges instead of culverts for stream crossings.
