Full Public Notice            Project Plans         Mitigation Plan

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The applicant proposes to modify Department of the Army permit SWG-2013-00147 for the construction of an enclosed 112.75-acre confined dredged material placement area with 25-foot-tall levees that contain outfall structures.  The project will also require a 0.15-acre access road that will be permanently filled with material to access the levee.
