Public Notice          Project Plans

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The applicant is proposing to replace the existing seawall with a pre-cast seawall and associated breakwater structure.  The structure would be placed approximately 0.5 to five feet from the existing structure to the south and will extend approximately 280 feet to the northeast towards an overland flow drainage feature that flows from northwest under West Bay Avenue into the Bay.  The structure will utilize approximately 5,050 cubic yards of armor rock, 230 cubic yards of concrete and approximately 1,100 cubic yards of sand/topsoil to complete the structure.
