How to Send Comments on Regulatory Division Public Notices: Send comments to the Regulatory Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District, P.O. Box 1229, Galveston, Texas 77553-1229 or by electronic mail to our Public Notice Comment Email. Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

The Notice of Availability and Public Meetings for the Port of Corpus Christi Authority’s Channel Deepening Project, Nueces and Aransas Counties, Texas, Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Permit Application no. SWG-2029-00067 will be published in the Federal Register on June 10, 2022.  The DEIS comment period has been extended to August 9, 2022

Based on public comments to date, the USACE has provided copies of additional reports that were incorporated by reference in the DEIS, but not included in the Appendices. These additional documents are provided on the project website
