Public Notice          Project Plans

The applicant proposes to place fill within open water and modify an existing anthropogenically‐created island to improve nesting habitat for colonial waterbirds. Specifically, the applicant proposes to construct an erosion control structure erosion control structure around the perimeter of an existing island, and place fill in nearshore open waters to expand upland nesting habitat and tidal wetlands.
