Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

Public Notice          Project Plans          Consistency Determination

The applicant proposes to maintenance dredge docks 1-7 and the Lay Berth at the existing Bayport Terminal Berth with disposal of the material in the Galveston ODMDS.  The volume of material to be dredged is estimated at up to 350,000 cubic yards (CY) of maintenance material per dredging cycle.
