Public Notice          Project Plans

The applicant proposes to discharge approximately 573 cubic yards of fill material into a 0.1-acre area of the Gulf of Mexico in association with the expansion of an oil drill rock pad.  Additionally, the proposed project includes the construction of thirteen, 5-pile clusters for drill barge stabilization.  The 5-pile clusters will be approximately 12-foot-tall.  The applicant also proposes to construct a 200-square-foot well protector platform which will be situated 3 feet above the mean high-water line (MHW).
