Project Plans 

The applicant proposes to construct, install, operate and maintain structures and equipment necessary for oil and gas drilling, and production activities. Such activities include placement of 16,567 cubic yards of fill material to construct a 2.41-acre drilling pad, and placement of 2,905 cubic yards of fill material to construct a 0.49-acre road and pull-over area. Depth at the project site is -1.02 feet below mean high water.
