Full Public Notice    Project Plans

The applicant proposes to discharge 356,789 cubic yards of fill material into 81.14 acres of forested, scrub shrub, and emergent wetlands and 8,804 linear feet of stream during the construction of an 13.6-mile new-location controlled-access road with intermittent frontage roads and associated facilities within a 400-foot right of way (ROW) between IH 45 and US 59.
