Full Public Notice     Prospectus

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  Spindletop Mitigation Holdings, LLC, the Sponsor, has requested authorization to create a commercial wetlands mitigation bank, named the Spindletop Bayou Mitigation Bank (SBMB), within the Galveston District of the Corps.  The Sponsor is proposing to restore, enhance and preserve wetland resources within the SBMB.
