Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

Full Public Notice   Project Plans

The applicant proposes to impact 2.329 acres jurisdictional waters:  specifically 1.695 acres of wetlands and 0.05 acre of waters; to construct a roadway, associated ditches and detention facilities from FM 521 to Fort Bend Parkway, in Fort Bend County, Texas.  The applicant proposes to compensate for unavoidable impacts by purchasing credits from an approved wetland mitigation bank within the service area.
