Box 1229, Galveston, Texas 77553-1229 or by electronic mail to our Public Notice Comment Email. Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

Full Public Notice     Project Plans

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The applicant proposes to fill approximately 1.38 acres of palustrine forested wetlands, using approximately 2,240 cubic yards of fill material, to create a multi-family subdivision on the parcel.  The applicant’s proposed compensation plan is to purchase mitigation bank credits from an approved mitigation bank in the service area at the time of permit issuance.
