Full Public Notice   Project Plans    Timeline

The applicant proposes to expand the existing Sabine Pass LNG Terminal (Phase III).  Such activities include the discharge of fill material into 153.53 acres of wetlands for the proposed addition of two liquefaction “Trains” (Trains 5 & 6) with associated infrastructure and facilities for the purpose of exporting LNG.  The project site was previously a DMPA and is currently a mitigation area (Mitigation Area C) and DMPA.  The applicant has filed Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Docket No. CP13-552-000, September 2012 (PF13-8-000).
