Full Public Notice    Prospectus

The Sponsor proposes the establishment of the Brazos Coastal Plain Umbrella Mitigation Bank (BCPUMB, Bank) and, specifically herein, the development of Phase 1 of the Bank.  The general objective of the BCPUMB Phase 1 stream restoration project is to restore (through re-establishment and rehabilitation) Harris Creek and Nichols Creek and their riparian corridors on the site to compensate for unavoidable impacts to waters of the U.S. within the geographic service area for the proposed BCPUMB.
