Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

Full Public Notice    Project Plans

The applicant proposes to fill 0.25 acre of open water to restore a canal to its original conditions.  Approximately 1,469 cubic yards of fill material will be used.  A previously issued permit allowed for the creation of a canal by dredging the area from uplands.  Additional activities include adding a 25-linear-foot bulkhead across opening of the canal and back filling the dredged area.
