Full Public Notice   Project Plans

The applicant proposes to expand an existing terminal facility by constructing a ship dock and two barge docks for the loading and unloading of products. The proposed ship dock would be an 85- by 45-foot pile supported dock platform including a fender system, a 50-foot pile supported approach trestle and pipe rack, four monopole breasting dolphins, the installation of 1,250 linear feet of bulkhead, and dredging.  A combination of mechanical and hydraulic dredge techniques would be utilized to excavate approximately 774,000 cubic yards of dredge material from the newly proposed ship dock berth.  The proposed barge docks would be comprised of two 80-foot by 40-foot pile-supported dock platforms, a fender system, a 50-foot pile-supported approach trestle and pipe racks, and sixteen monopole breasting dolphins, and would include the installation of 1,500 linear feet of bulkhead and dredging.  A combination of mechanical and hydraulic dredge techniques would be utilized to excavate approximately 525,000 cubic yards of dredged material from the newly proposed barge docks.  The proposed work will require the demolition and removal of the existing structures within the vicinity of the project location.  The proposed work also includes the installation of a new fire water platform
