Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

Full Public Notice    Project Plans    TCEQ Checklist

The applicant proposes to expand an existing chemical storage facility.  Such activities include installing a new ship dock with breasting dolphins, mooring dolphins, dock platform, and dock access trestle and installing 2,040 cubic yard of riprap along 880 linear feet of shoreline for bank stabilization.  Additionally, the applicant proposes to hydraulically dredge 225,000 cubic yards of material and place it in Sabine Neches Navigation District Placement Area 23 or 24.
