The applicant requests authorization to impact 4.11 acres of existing jurisdictional palustrine wetlands, through the discharge of fill material, and re-route approximately 7,900 linear feet of stream, currently functioning as a tributary to Willow Creek, for the purpose of developing a 614.4-acre tract.  The proposed project is a multi-use commercial/industrial development.
