Full Public Notice    Project Plans

The applicant proposes to construct a pier and asphalt turnaround for public access.  The proposed project includes the construction of a 10-foot-wide by 500-foot-long pier atop concrete pilings spaced 15 feet apart for span one (starting at the shoreline), 18 feet apart through the next 26 spans, and 14 feet apart for the last span before the T-head.  The T-head pier is 10-foot-wide by 140-foot-long atop concrete piles spaced 17 feet 3 inches apart.  A fish cleaning table will be included near the intersection at the T-head.  The pier and T-head will be constructed 17.9 feet above mean low tide.  The proposed asphalt turnaround will be approximately 0.19 acre in uplands.  There are no permanent impacts expected.
