Full Public Notice          Project Plans          Mitigation Plan          Alternatives Analysis

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  This is an after-the-fact application.  The applicant is requesting authorization to retain fill in approximately 0.6 acre of jurisdictional wetlands and permission to discharge fill material into an additional 0.63 acre of jurisdictional wetlands.  The applicant constructed commercial warehouse buildings and attendant features including parking areas, docking areas, and underground infrastructure within a 26-acre tract.
