Port Arthur Project public open house slated Nov. 20

The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District, in partnership with the Jefferson County Drainage District 7 (DD7), will host a public open house on November 20, 2025, to share information about the next phase of the Port Arthur Project — the Port Arthur and Vicinity 04 (PAV04) contract.
