Full Public Notice          Proposed Project Plans

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The applicant proposes to discharge fill material into 0.44 acre of wetlands to create a second parking lot for a proposed commercial development.  The first parking garage was constructed under Department of Army Permit No. SWG-2013-00761 that was authorized in February 2014, and permitted discharge of fill material into 0.406 acre of wetlands, which increases the aggregate area of impact to 0.846 acre.
