Full Public Notice           Project Plans

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The applicant proposes to decommission an existing pipeline, Pipeline Segment No. (PSN) 5381, approximately 20 miles southeast of Galveston.  The existing pipeline will be cut, flushed, capped, and filled with native seawater.  The pipeline was originally permitted under Department of the Army Permit Number 13181.
