Full Public Notice          Project Plans

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The applicant is proposing to permanently discharge fill material into 2.33 acres of palustrine forested wetlands for the new construction of a 1,950-foot-long four-lane roadway that will include curbs, culverts, storm sewer drains, and other necessary infrastructure known as the David Memorial Roadway Extension.  The proposed work area, or right-of-way (ROW) will be approximately 100-foot-wide.  The proposed construction will also include temporary impacts to 2.15 acres of palustrine forested wetlands.  Once work has ceased, the temporarily impacted areas will be restored back to natural contours and elevations for the natural revegetation of the work area.
